Wedding Packages Terms and Conditions

  1. The minimum order for our wedding flowers is one of our three standard packages (eg. Bride + Groom, Groom + Groom and Bride + Bride)
  2. Our wedding delivery service is available Monday – Sunday only. Please note that we will not take orders via the website for Christmas week, Valentine ’s Day, or Mother’s day weekend. If you’re wedding fall on these dates please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
  3. We cannot guarantee any specific flower varieties. We use seasonal blooms and create designs in the signature FD style.
  4. Delivery for all items inclusive of bouquets, buttonholes and table centres must be to a single address within our catchment. (please check our delivery page)
  5. All orders for wedding flowers MUST be received at least 7 days in advance of your wedding date. Perfection can’t be rushed!
  6. If you book your wedding flowers on a date that we have listed as unavailable on. We will refund 100% of your payment.
  7. If your wedding is cancelled for any reason, please provide at least two weeks’ notice and we will refund 80% of your payment.
  8. If the date of your weddings changes, please contact us via email to see if we are available on your new date. If not, we will refund 80% of your payment.
